How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $89 CAD anywhere in Canada!
For smaller orders, shipping rates are as follows:
- $0 - $89 orders - shipping = $6.95
- $89+ orders - shipping = FREE!
Please note that these shipping rates are for retail customers only. For wholesale shipping rates, please contact us.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We usually ship via Canada Post for delivery to your PO Box. If your parcel will not fit into your numbered box, the Canada Post employee will either leave a key for the parcel section of your community mailbox or leave a card directing you to your local postal outlet or post office for collection.
How long will it take?
We aim to pick, pack and ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) of receiving your order. Delivery across the country ranges from 2-11 days. High holiday volumes and poor weather may increase delivery times.
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Which carrier will be used?
Orders are normally shipped with Canada Post.
What happens if my order is lost?
In the event that a package is lost, Canada Post will try to recover the package. If the package is indeed lost by the carrier, we will send out a replacement order to you immediately. If the lost package is in result of the wrong address inputted on the order, we will determine each case the best we can, and there may be additional fees depending on the circumstances.
What if I need to change the delivery address?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address after your order is placed. We may be able to reroute the package. Additional fees may be applicable.
What if my product(s) arrives damaged?
Although products are carefully inspected and properly packaged before they are sent, occasionally they may be damaged in transit. Please take pictures of the damage and keep the original shipping material. Please send your pictures and an email with the details to compressionsockscanada@gmail.com. We will ship out replacement products if needed and will start a claim with the carrier. Please be sure to keep the original packaging material as the carrier may want to inspect it.
I live in Vancouver. Am I able to save the shipping and pickup my order?
The best answer to this is "probably". Please contact us to discuss before placing your order. In person pickups will only be considered when it is possible to follow all government recommendations to restrict the transmission of COVID-19.
